About Us

Sweet Aunt Tillie’s began business in 2006 to cater to the culinary needs of residents of Baldwin, New York.  We have a presence at craft/food fairs in the Long Island area, and have been selling baked goods, including our signature brownie made with the freshest Belgian chocolate, to customers around the metropolitan area since then.

Tillie is the sole proprietor of the business, and its head chef.  She is a graduate of the Baking Arts curriculum of the Culinary Academy of Long Island and is determined to satisfy all of her  customers.

Our products are varied, and range from luxurious brownies to delectable cheesecakes.

In 2009 the New York State Legislature named Tillie a “Woman of Distinction” for her charitable efforts related to her baking enterprise.

The mission of Sweet Aunt Tillie’s is to serve the best baked goods that money can buy, for distribution countrywide.
